Who can use Alta Studio?
All active Loan Officers. LOA access will be coming in the future!
What’s the fastest way to make something?
Go to Dashboard → Full Library, pick a template, click Generate Flyer. Typical generation time: under 2 minutes - you'll get an email and you'll see it on your dashboard when it's ready.
Where do my finished files live?
My Files. Everything you create stays there. Download anytime. Certain designs may be removed from your library after a length of time.
I forgot my password / can’t log in.
Log out, use forgot password on the login page. If you still can’t get in, email marketing@altahl.com.
Templates, Branding & Co-Branding
What can I customize in a template?
Depends on the flyer - most flyers only allow for partners and QR codes to be added. Designs like Buydown Flyers have more options!
Can I co-brand with a Realtor/Builder?
Of course! Add the partner once on the Partners page, then select them in any co-brand-ready template. You can also add a new partner from any flyer page.
My partner isn’t in the list, what now?
Go to Partners → Add a Partner. Add in their contact info, upload their logo. They’ll be selectable immediately. You can edit their information anytime.
Can I swap my headshot or contact info globally?
Yes, just email marketing@altahl.com or click the help icon in the bottom right corner.
What file formats do I get?
PDF for flyers, JPG for digital templates. Social templates export at platform-ready sizes!
I need a template we don’t have.
Click the big plus sign on your Dashboard. Give us the use-case + any examples. Turnaround for customs is typically 2-4 business days depending on the request.
Merch Shop & Print Items
How do I order business cards, stationery, or swag?
For business cards and stationary, go to Identity Branding (left side menu), pick an item, personalize if applicable, add top cart, and checkout. All swag and merch will be in The Shop (left side menu).
Can I pick up my order at the office?
Some stocked items may allow pickup at the San Antonio office only. Made-to-order items (e.g., business cards) are ship-only.
Why does shipping say “calculated after production and invoiced separately”?
For all shipped orders, final shipping is set after we confirm your order. You’ll see the final shipping cost applied on your monthly invoice.
Where can I see my merch order status?
You’ll get status emails when items move to production/shipping. In the future, you will see updates in My Orders + Requests (from the Dashboard).
Billing & Compliance
Do I pay at checkout?
No. All orders are billed internally (deducted from commission). You’ll see cost upon checkout, but will be invoiced at the end of each month.
Do I need Compliance approval for templates?
Nope! All templates in Alta Studio are pre-approved and compliant! Anything you request custom will go through the normal compliance process.
Help, Issues & Turnaround
Something looks wrong in my file, how do I fix it?
Go to the item from My Files, click the Use Template button (the "+"), re-enter the information, and re-generate. If that doesn't work, please use the help button in the bottom right corner.
What if I need it today?
Use a ready template in Studio. That’s the fastest path. Custom requests take 2-4 business days.My images look blurry. What size should I upload?Use high-res images (at least 1000px wide for flyer headers).
Who do I contact for help?
Use the Help button in the bottom right corner, fill out a quick form, hit send. For urgent issues, contact marketing@altahl.com.
